I am trying to buy TAP tutorial on sale but I cannot get it to connect. Please help me. Thank you. [email protected]

I am really enjoying the classes, but the "Ten Tips for Cane Construction" class by Julie Eakes is really hard to hear on my laptop. I have to connect speakers in order to hear her, and that's not always convenient. Since there isn't a corresponding .pdf, , I have not been able to finish the complete course. What I have been able to hear has been great, though.

I purchased two classes on November 14th by instructor Jeanne Harlan - Christmas Earrings and Easter Eggs. Neither are showing up on my account. When I bought them they were on sale, so I don't want to buy them again at the full price. Also, I am very leery of purchasing them again since they never showed up the first time. This is my only account.

Does anyone know if "multix bake paper" is the same as "parchment paper"?

If I buy a class, but cannot use it right away. How long can I use it for and once I have done the class, can I do it again?
